There was a high level of commitment to meet my needs as a customer from the beginning. Dwane consistently responded to my queries with amazing detail and quickly - even at odd hours on the weekends which was totally unexpected. All the products were delivered with great care (wrapped beautifully) and we were very happy with the quality of the items. The products were decorated by kids for a school holiday program and they just loved the variety of shapes offered.

I was warned there might be a delay in recieving my order due to high demand but I recieved my order in less then a week and that to me is great service. MDF Magic have been the most professional and fast service business I've dealt with in a long time. An email at 10.30pm on a Sunday night was responded with immediately. My order processed straight away and despatched so I received on the Tuesday. Then I needed more and even though their site was closed for maintenance, they contacted me and we came to an arrangement that worked for both of us. Hmm where do I start? I can honestly say that my MDF Magic experience has always been fantastic!
The website is so easy to use & the check words feature is my saviour as the majority of my business is creating personalised fabric wall art. As I work from home & have a 2.5yr old son alot of my ordering is done at night and it is great to be able to play around with sizing, order and pay easily in one place at anytime.
When I have had a query I've always received excellent customer service and on the occasion I've needed an order urgently Dwane & Nat have gone out of their way to help me. Even when they were flat out with orders this level of service did not falter. I can not think of another business I've dealt with personally or professionally that has consistently impressed me!
Their products are very high quality, with a sharper finish than other products I've used (prior to finding MDF Magic of course!), and pricing is competitive. I'm also really happy with the courier system they use as sometimes this can be an issue for me living regionally.
Keep up the amazing work!
